Open Position – System Engineer, BAIBYS™ Fertility Ltd.

Job Type: 80%-100% position

BAIBYSTM goal is to set a higher success rate in infertility treatments, resulting in higher pregnancy rates while reducing major birth defects. BAIBYS™ system is a complete and integrated solution that allows a fully automated sperm selection at high magnification for use in IVF centers. The system uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Vision, and Robotics to autonomously perform detailed sperm morphology and motility analysis, as well as extraction, at high magnification, objectively and independently of human limitations.

BAIBYSTM completed an investment round and is backed up by VCs and strong private investors, following the development and the successful installation of a complete prototype system. The growing team is now working intensively on developing the complete commercialized product. BAIBYS™ offices are in Ramat-HaHayal, Tel-Aviv.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for system validation and verification procedures.
  • Define, create, and run tests to identify software and system problems.
  • Define create, and run the required testing tools.
  • Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
  • Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
  • Document the results of tests.
  • Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
  • Work together with the software and algorithms developers, as well as other R&D team members and subcontractors to enhance and improve system performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience of 2-3 years in software testing.
  • Experience in testing embedded Linux software running on a device.
  • Exceptional attention to the finest details.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Advantages:

Position:
